I was looking for the cheapest option in the neighborhood and Shawn’s place was perfect. It was affordable, perfect amount of space, quiet and safe neighborhood, great amenities. It was a hot week and the AC worked great and cooled down the space. He also had an extra fan to cool it down. Loved the snacks, coffee, wine, chargers, and toiletries!

Shawn's place is 5 stars+. He thought of everything you could possibly need and more. There was a bowl full of delicious snacks, plenty of cold drinks, interesting books, and awesome decor. Not to mention the hanging drug store in the bathroom which included, sunscreen, aspirin, razors, combs, sleeping masks, mints, toothbrushes.. and the list goes on. We have visited our other grandkids in Chicago, and Amsterdam, and this is by far the best ever.

Always a pleasure remote-working from Shawn’s Airbnb. Always plenty to walk to and enjoy the neighborhood outdoor areas to decompress. The space is comfortable, and perfect for two in a central location to get to wherever and whatever you could possibly want to travel to.

Shawn is an amazing host. Not only did he provided extra snacks, he also asks if you need anything else and leaves extra to take care of you. I had a bad allergy attack and he had left out allergy medicine along with the snacks.

We loved Shawn’s place. We appreciated all the special touches , above and beyond with snacks, water, toiletries. The area was perfect for easy access and very close to all Austin has to offer yet nice and quiet and safe. We highly recommend!!!

Couldn’t have been better. Perfect location, very clean comfortable and secure spot close to downtown.
Only regret was not asking Shawn for more local advice. I bet he would have been able to help with good spots in Austin.
If I come back I’ll be hoping to stay here, best spot I’ve stayed in awhile at a great value.

Shawn’s rental was the perfect place to stay for my wife and me. It was amply stocked with everything you might have forgotten. Bed was comfortable, Kurig coffee pot and pods, water bottles. We will stay here again.

It was clean, private, quiet, and close to Mueller downtown.

This Airbnb is a personal favorite of mine. Absolutely perfect for 2 for a few days. Amazing wifi and workspace for remote work, peaceful neighborhood and a central location to anywhere you’d want to go. Clean, comfortable inside as always. Shawn was proactive in messaging us about the cold weather and we had no issues as the room is wonderfully cozy in the cold.
