One of the criticisms I see about Airbnb is that there are too many fees for the travelers, and as a host and traveler, I want to create a listing I would want to book.
Airbnb recently made it an option to offer simplified pricing by having them deduct 15% from each payout to the host, so then the guests don’t have to pay it. I selected this option, so when you are looking to book the Moontower Loft, you don’t pay a service fee.
Also, while the apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest, there is no cleaning fee as an item in the price.
I want this to be as easy and stress free as possible, so I’ve streamlined things as much as I can.
